singapore's sorta facing a slight inflation right now. things are growing in value and therefore, some things are definitely not worth spurging the money on. and if we don't cope with the situation positively, and of course not lacking of a concrete plan to curb this issue, recession could set in, and that'd be bad. and i always wonder, how are the kids, in generations to come going to survive in this economy-driven, money-hungry society, where even transport costs, are almost killing me; handphone bills, hmm i'll leave it out for the moment
i came across this incident that happened just moments ago, and i thought i did'nt know how to react to it. bought macdonalds, took away. cycling home with my drink in a plastic bag hung over one of the bike's handles, i crossed the road, and then up the slightest of kerbs. the cup of iced milo just fell onto the ground, through the macs plastic bag, leaving the milo nicely splashed out onto the pavement like the artistic works of a 7 year old kid. i looked back at one of the paedestrains behind me who appeared shocked, i smiled and rode off.
one of my warrant officers sent me home today, on his bike. i have always wanted to ride a bike and today i finally got the chance to. would say, the experience was great, and from a person who cycles every other day to the train station, the only difference is that its only about 12 times faster the speed of a bicycle. and i always think, is it really so true that motocyclists fall among the highest fatalities when road accidents are of concern, and yah its darn true. cause the speed at which the bike was cruising, if somehow someone were to get flung off the bike, i think it'd be quite hard, for him to walk anymore. yeap speeding kills, and motorcycling's dangerous
it hurts more to lose what you once have, than not having it at all in the first placeanother day.
