ran 21km today. and because of that, my right knee hurts like
AHM 2008: Singapore Bay Run. i would say the entire experience was rather refreshing, and like what i said, it is the only time of the year when u can run in the middle of shenton way. and i met many ppl too, like nicholas, chin mian and many others. its like ages since i've last seen them. guess i could very much feel the absence of progressive training cause the cramps started coming in like at the 17km mark, and therefore struggled all the way till the finishing line. managed to clock 1:49:55 still, quite good, but i reckon it could be better, haha. even better, tmr's OFF DAY. and i seriously duno how i'm going to run the standard chartered marathon given its double today's distance
again due to bryan, i did something that i wouldnt have imagined. me, qi xiang and bra went into the restroom specially reserved for babies to change their diapers, to change after the ahm, at the esplanade. walao damn malu cause changing halfway got some auntie knocked on the door. what happened after that, ahha i don't wish to comment
the virgin trip to the azabu sabo restaurant at marina was quite disappointing, maybe i ordered the wrong dish haha. cause i think it sucks. lucky the movie wasn't a let down, and i thought i was quite good in fact, the journey to the centre of the earth
i hate getting red so easily, and ppl will just think u're already wasted. haha maybe i really should train my drinking
i always think, what are the limits of intelligence, are there any boundaries even?after all the present state of technology is still the works of human beings. in athletics, on the other hand, the extent to which humans can push their limits are rather evident, as seen in the recent olympics, where even the world record timings could only be broken by marginal timings. its scary somehow, knowing what a human mind can do, and worst still, if the person's mind is twisted. some shit
