had a really great chat with a couple of warrant officers during lunch today. we talked so long we just neglected the time lol. its all about facades, this game we all have been playing thus far in our lives, and it does escalate into much higher levels like office politics, in the handling of relationships et cetera. its like a spinning top altogether, that all you can see are blurred images of oneself portrayed to others, and its impossible to decipher its true form. i feel at some point in our lives, even if it isnt to your liking or distaste, you have to change who you are, your personality, your style of doing things and so on. you dont really have a choice cause its just the way it is, since by persisting, you'll only do more hurt to others. it is as a result, people are leaving and i think its bad, cause u're chasing away, important talented people. i feel this team is just barely holding on, however some's presence though, is really heartwarming, cause the experiences we share and exchange seems just invaluable. we'll see, how this place transform, cause i think its fine that way it is, just that it could be better
