saw a tiny little rat scuttling across a bare grass patch, into the safety of the dark and damp. its a symbolism of new life, reproduction and stuff. yet disease carriers they are, and a tinge of their urine could end even one's life. so wad's your perspective?
i guess there's always a time when you actually resemble your parents, and that is when you get old. even if nobody passed that remark when you were young, and even if you much-ly wished it would never happen. hahaha
sigh, and who says affluence can be judged by the amount of stuff in your refrigerator. my fridge is filled, but its the other way round sadly hahaha.
i finally met up with ivan! haha finally. somehow i really feel the need to kagebushin, if you know wad the hell it means, so that i can be at two places at one time. hahha i swear my birthday would have the lamest theme, if i ever celebrate it. then everyone will have to crack their heads on how to dress themselves up. lol
i was reading my blog entries from long long ago, many posts were dedicated to complaining about studying, yet right now it is like the stark opposite, in that i can't wait for school to commence. examinations don't seem like the worst thing that can happen anymore, after the completion of National Service. i will welcome all the piling mountains books and notes with open arms WAHAHA. a tad too early to say haha
'No lah where got care only about your grades? We also look at things like your college name.. If you are from Raffles, you're definitely it! If you are from Temasek, we'll think about it ... If you are from Tampines, you can forget about it... If you are from Serangoon, huh? Ser-ran-ghoon?' i don't remember quoting it from where, but i feel that elitism is being practised so much here, that late bloomers cant seem to catch up. there are opportunities, but often just too late. its just these random unfairness that futile cries are being called out, yet often unheard
WE MUST live life as fulfilling as possible, when we die, and years drone on, you are just a forgotten soul, a past. so do what you can while young. when we grow old, and technology improves, whether it'll be like in the past when our parents duno anything about technology, and when they have absolutely no idea 50years down the road metals as robots could be so easily made and manipulated and computers so hard to comtemplate. probably in the future another phase of mutation takes place and there'll be mutants
we, must learn not to procrastinate.
