12 days more..
i feel lousy. this is probably one of the rare times, that i actually could not get my act together and crumbling down into what seems like shards of broken glass, each reflecting all the wrong decisions made, hype, stressful events and most importantly, expectations of the past semester. one of the rare times too, i chose to rant on my blog, which is usually for posting happy shout-outs. well, even the 11km run by myself yesterday didnt help, which i thought would be a good get away from books, which are just so mentally draining. is it all about exam-smartness or exam-prepareness that i'm lacking, these immaterial things which i so desperately search for ever since i was in jc. and it dealt upon me that i am competing with the elites from all around.. well guess its just consistency that matters too, i have to work hard from next semester onwards, especially being quite a 'consistent' hall person as well.
expectations are such a heavy thing to shoulder. and it can really make or break a person. like what Nash said, he isn't going to let this semester go down without a fight, and thats all i'm aiming for now. ok going home early tomorrow for a breather! and to all whom it matters, all the best for exams! to me as well :D
