i met bryan today, on the train to work. real randomness
its funny sometimes, looking at those little kids running around the neighbourhood or playing a fool in the supermarket. their non-blemished, innocent faces that seem to carry no worries at all for them to fret about, which is a good thing why they're still children. and it is amazing how personalities can change over time; he could be a lawyer in the future, a firefighter, a hawker at a typical eating house, or someone who works to change to world and make it a better place; on the contrary, by the works of societal influences, family backgrounds or even peer pressure, one's growth could actually progress southwards and the deterioration of his personal character would be the first pertinent impact others would observe over time
in the later stages of life, i would say the adolescent stages of a person's life forms the basis of how high he could climb in the social ladder. however, it is not entirely the person's character that proves who he is, but rather how he is treated in the past could actually be the platform from which his perspective of life is being portrayed. i've been to a sleazy place recently, and i thought, how would the life of the workers have been, if they were being brought up, not in a family that is struggling to meet ends meet, or one that has been torn apart by unfortunate circumstances. it would, definitely, be a whole lot different
a couple of meet ups, the past couple of weeks. all have been real nostalgic. Mrs Gay's dogs are still as humji as ever. Mr Chew, still as round. zhiyuan, as well as the rest of the class, same same, but still different. interact juniors though, changed alot alot, was quite taken aback by some of their actions that were so funny it jus cracked me up. wished time could turn back. and my driving instructor still never fails to scold me, damn freak irritating.
and weitian jie's still as nice as ever
match against vjc old boys, was WOOH, TOUGH. and our shots on goal was really the bare minimal, like some geylang united versus the the singapore team
one of the rare times i chose to blog in camp. everything's really still now, as if even the air molecules have chosen to take a breather and stay calm. the moon's hiding somewhere, and the echoing silence drumming on the insides of my ear, oh when's all this gonna end?
