once, children were obedient. children were rule-abiding, filial beings who pursued not fame nor wealth, but for eternal bliss amongst family members and generations to come. its a different sight altogether now, and i guess its only my dad who refuses to believe that the butterfly-patterned tattoo on the back of a girl we passed by earlier, was real. and as far as adolescents are concerned, parents' advice and admonishments to them are just like a fly buzzing near their ears. how many times have we chose, to chuck aside what we deem as opinionated, random muses of our parents? mine are always against me sleeping late, or eating excess of magi mee each week even though i love magi like how dogs love chasing cats, and sometimes, i thought it was good to know that they do mean well
its actually quite boring knowing already that i'll be quite busy till the end of october, of which then my long-awaited break will finally come. its quite hard nowadays to have something being able to send pulses of emotion through your body, emotions that can vary so much from elation, to just plainly going crazy
i felt bad, not going for the run at Mc Ritchie today, especially when competition's near. and my brief sending off for zhifeng ended up in me going to tekong with him, thats like the most adrupt thing that has happened to me, its like praying for rain to fall, and one second later rain started pouring down. but, going to tekong in civilian indeed, feels better
driving test tomorrow! WA i really really cant wait to get it over and done with
